We are a home-based kitchen located in northeast Singapore, driven by our passion for creating delicious meals that dogs truly enjoy. There’s nothing more satisfying than watching our own pup get excited at mealtime, devouring every last bite, and leaving the bowl sparkling clean—only to come back looking for more!
We understand how time-consuming it can be to prepare fresh, nutritious meals, and we’d love to make mealtimes easier and more enjoyable for dog owners across Singapore.

What payment modes are accepted?

Accepted Answer

We accept the following modes of payment:
 • PayNow/Paylah (We prefer this payment method as it helps us, as a small business, to save on platform fees, allowing us to keep our prices more affordable. We appreciate your understanding and support! )
 • Credit Card (via secure online payment)

Question 3

How much do I need to feed my dog?

You may refer to our feeding guide t(https://www.thepawchef.sg/feeding-guide)o estimate how much to order. The feeding amount can be adjusted until you find the amount that maintains a stable weight. If your dogs are currently feeding on kibbles or have sensitive stomach, it's best to slowly transit.

How to prepare the food?

For meal packs:
 • Thaw a pack in the chiller overnight.
 • Serve desired portion
 • Warm up by steaming, microwaving, stir-frying, or simply adding hot water.

For meal toppers: 
 • Thaw a pack in the chiller overnight.
 • Serve by adding 1-2 spoonful to your pup’s meal. (Not recommended as a full meal)
 • Warm up by steaming, microwaving, stir-frying, or simply adding hot water.
 
For meatballs: 
When serving meatballs to your pup, it’s safer to break them into smaller pieces to prevent choking

Important Note for all frozen products:
Once thawed, consume within 2 days and store in the chiller. Do not refreeze after thawing.

Bone Advisory for fish products:
While we take great care to remove all bones, complete removal cannot be guaranteed. Please check for bones before serving to ensure your pup’s safety.

How long can the food last?

Our precooked frozen meal packs have been tested for shelf life to meet strict Microbiology standards for ready-to-eat food.

Omakase Meal Packs are precooked and frozen, ensuring they stay fresh for 4-5 months when stored in the freezer upon receiving.

Customised Meal Packs are prepared only upon receiving your order for maximum freshness, stays fresh for 6 months from date of production.

Storage Instructions for Frozen Products (Meal Packs & Meatballs)
 • Freezer: Store immediately upon receipt at a constant temperature to maintain freshness.
 • Chiller: If stored in the chiller, consume within 2 days for optimal freshness.
 • Room Temperature: Discard any meals left out for more than 2-3 hours to avoid contamination.
 • Best Practice: Transfer the next day’s meal to the chiller the night before to defrost overnight

Our dehydrated treats are freshly made upon order. To keep them crisp and fresh:
 • Store in original packaging or transfer to an airtight container.
 • Consume within 2 months from the date of production or as soon as opened.
 • For high-fat content treats (e.g., shishamo & salmon pea), it’s best to store them in the freezer for optimal freshness.

What are the type of meal plans & how to decide?

Omakase Meal Packs – Let our chef surprise your pup! Simply choose the protein, and we’ll handle the rest. Each meal is thoughtfully crafted with 4-6 fresh vegetables, grains, or fruits sourced directly from the market. We also incorporate seasonal ingredients like kale, blueberries, asparagus, and quinoa for added variety and nutrition. Perfect for picky eaters, as every order offers different flavors to delight their taste buds.

Create Your Pup’s Bowl – Customize your pup’s meals to match their unique taste and dietary needs! Choose the protein, add your preferred ingredients, and select the portion size. Ideal for dogs with allergies or those who have specific food preferences.

Mix and Match Sample Meal Packs – Try three protein options (from our Omakase Meal Packs) along with a pack of jerky. Perfect for first-timers who want to sample our meals before committing to a full order.

Meal Toppers – A great way to enhance the nutritional value of your pup’s bowl, whether they’re eating commercial dry food or fresh-cooked meals. These fish-based toppers are rich in omega-3 fatty acids, promoting healthy skin, a shiny coat, and joint health. They’re also a great way to sneak in some veggies!

We recommend the Omakase Subscription plan only after you’re confident your pup loves our chef-prepared meals, following your trial.

When can I receive the order?

Once your order is placed, it will be processed within 5-10 days, depending on the products ordered. We will notify you of the delivery date & time once it’s scheduled.

Question 8

What's the delivery charges?

Accepted Answer

Free courier delivery for orders $120 and above.
For orders below $120:
- $12 for weekend courier delivery (10am – 4pm)
- $10 for weekday courier delivery (12pm – 10pm)

Please ensure that someone is available to receive your order upon delivery, as a $15 re-delivery fee will apply otherwise. If you choose to have the order left at your door, please note that we cannot be held responsible for any issues that may arise.
Self-collection is not available.

If the ingredient that my dog likes is not in the fresh produce list?

If there’s an ingredient you’d like to include in your customised meal packs that isn’t on our list, let us know, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
