We understand how time-consuming it can be to prepare fresh, nutritious meals, and we’d love to make mealtimes easier and more enjoyable for dog owners across Singapore.

You may refer to our feeding guide to estimate how much to order. The feeding amount can be adjusted until you find the amount that maintains a stable weight. If your dogs are currently feeding on kibbles or have sensitive stomach, it's best to slowly transit.

For meal packs: Thaw a pack in the chiller overnight. Serve desired portion Warm up by steaming, microwaving, stir-frying, or simply adding hot water. For meal toppers: Thaw a pack in the chiller overnight. Serve by adding 1-2 spoonful to your pup’s meal. (Not recommended as a full meal) Warm up by steaming, microwaving, stir-frying, or simply adding hot water. For meatballs: When serving meatballs to your pup, it’s safer to break them into smaller pieces to prevent choking Important Note for all frozen products: Once thawed, consume within 2 days and store in the chiller. Do not refreeze after thawing. Bone Advisory for fish products: While we take great care to remove all bones, complete removal cannot be guaranteed. Please check for bones before serving to ensure your pup’s safety.

Our precooked frozen meal packs have been tested for shelf life to meet strict Microbiology standards for ready-to-eat food. Omakase Meal Packs are precooked and frozen, ensuring they stay fresh for 4-5 months when stored in the freezer upon receiving. Customised Meal Packs are prepared only upon receiving your order for maximum freshness, stays fresh for 6 months from date of production. Storage Instructions for Frozen Products (Meal Packs & Meatballs) Freezer: Store immediately upon receipt at a constant temperature to maintain freshness. Chiller: If stored in the chiller, consume within 2 days for optimal freshness. Room Temperature: Discard any meals left out for more than 2-3 hours to avoid contamination. Best Practice: Transfer the next day’s meal to the chiller the night before to defrost overnight Our dehydrated treats are freshly made upon order. To keep them crisp and fresh: Store in original packaging or transfer to an airtight container. Consume within 2 months from the date of production or as soon as opened. For high-fat content treats (e.g., shishamo & salmon pea), it’s best to store them in the freezer for optimal freshness. Omakase Meal Packs – Let our chef surprise your pup! Simply choose the protein, and we’ll handle the rest. Each meal is thoughtfully crafted with 4-6 fresh vegetables, grains, or fruits sourced directly from the market. We also incorporate seasonal ingredients like kale, blueberries, asparagus, and quinoa for added variety and nutrition. Perfect for picky eaters, as every order offers different flavors to delight their taste buds. Create Your Pup’s Bowl – Customize your pup’s meals to match their unique taste and dietary needs! Choose the protein, add your preferred ingredients, and select the portion size. Ideal for dogs with allergies or those who have specific food preferences. Mix and Match Sample Meal Packs – Try three protein options (from our Omakase Meal Packs) along with a pack of jerky. Perfect for first-timers who want to sample our meals before committing to a full order. Meal Toppers – A great way to enhance the nutritional value of your pup’s bowl, whether they’re eating commercial dry food or fresh-cooked meals. These fish-based toppers are rich in omega-3 fatty acids, promoting healthy skin, a shiny coat, and joint health. They’re also a great way to sneak in some veggies! We recommend the Omakase Subscription plan only after you’re confident your pup loves our chef-prepared meals, following your trial.

Once your order is placed, it will be processed within 5-10 days, depending on the products ordered. We will notify you of the delivery date & time once it’s scheduled.

Free courier delivery for orders $120 and above. For orders below $120: - $12 for weekend courier delivery (10am – 4pm) - $10 for weekday courier delivery (12pm – 10pm) Please ensure that someone is available to receive your order upon delivery, as a $15 re-delivery fee will apply otherwise. If you choose to have the order left at your door, please note that we cannot be held responsible for any issues that may arise. Self-collection is not available.
